These terms govern your use of 99bdt. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all conditions set out below.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99bdt ("99bdt", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 99bdt website at 99bdt.ws, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and related features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager on 99bdt, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on 99bdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. Failure to meet any condition may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 99bdt strictly prohibits access to persons under the age of 21, and we reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
- You must be a natural person (individual) acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering.
- You must not hold more than one active 99bdt account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, including bonus balances, may be forfeited.
Age Requirement
21+ only. Age verification may be requested at registration or at any time during account activity.
Geographic Scope
Primarily serves Bangladesh. Players outside permitted territories must not register or use the platform.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of 99bdt services, you must register a single personal account using accurate and complete information. The following conditions apply to your account at all times.
- You must provide your genuine name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and accurate personal details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 99bdt will never ask for your full password. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.
- You may not share, sell, transfer, or permit access to your account by any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to be your own activity and your responsibility.
- 99bdt reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including requesting a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
99bdt accounts are for personal use only. Any use of an account for commercial purposes, affiliate fraud, or systematic exploitation of promotions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
Deposits and Withdrawals
99bdt processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. 99bdt may update the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. 99bdt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 99bdt reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.
- Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account held in the Player's own name may be declined or reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
99bdt does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 99bdt's control. It is the Player's responsibility to verify applicable fees with their payment provider.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
99bdt offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
- 99bdt reserves the right to void, withdraw, or modify any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or a technical error that resulted in an unintended bonus award.
- Seasonal and event-based promotions (such as those timed around BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh) carry their own specific expiry dates and game restrictions. Players should review the applicable promotion page for full details before opting in.
Bonus Abuse
Using multiple accounts, VPNs, or coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms constitutes bonus abuse. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated balances — including any deposited funds — may be forfeited following investigation.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
99bdt is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to a standard human player.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting intended to guarantee outcomes or circumvent the random nature of casino games or sports events.
- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds connected to unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft. 99bdt cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulators when requested.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the game platform to generate unintended winnings. Any winnings generated as a result of a confirmed software error are void and will be reversed.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 99bdt staff or other platform users through any communication channel. Such conduct will result in permanent account closure.
99bdt employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated risk and compliance team to detect and investigate potential breaches of these fair-play rules. Where a breach is confirmed, 99bdt may void affected bets, withhold withdrawals, close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 99bdt platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphical interfaces, logos, brand marks, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 99bdt or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the 99bdt platform without the prior written consent of 99bdt. Unauthorised use of 99bdt intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Privacy and Data Protection
99bdt collects, stores, and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to 99bdt processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications (where you have opted in to receive them). 99bdt uses SSL encryption for all data transmissions and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99bdt's liability to you in connection with the platform and its services is limited as follows.
- 99bdt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your inability to access the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, network failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or internet service disruptions.
- 99bdt is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the platform, including lost profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
- In all cases, 99bdt's maximum aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits you made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Suspension and Termination
99bdt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal conduct connected to the account, pending investigation by 99bdt's compliance team or law enforcement authorities.
- A Player's voluntary request to close their account, including a self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools. Upon account closure at a Player's request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
